100% Garnatxa Blanca from 60 year old, very low-yielding vines. Fermented and matured for 8 months in 500L new French oak barrels. Complex aromatics of white flowers and aniseed, ripe stone fruit, cream and flint. Intense in the mouth and balanced with very fine acidity. Silky, finishing very long with saline and mineral flavours, this is a fantastically sophisticated and complex Grenache Blanc.
