Plan B "DR" Riesling 2021

From Powderbark Vineyard in Frankland River. Only the clear free run juice was retained and vinified at cool temperatures to capture the pristine varietal flavours and aromas. Settled post fermentation and bottled to retain freshness. Unfined.

Vibrant aromatics of lemon and lime blossom, with talc and minerality. The palate is generous showing great persistence of soft citrus and textural weight leading a long and structured finish of line and length without undue austerity.
