A blend of Grenache Gris and Carignan Gris, picked early and whole bunch pressed to retain its delicate potential, fermented and matured in 225 and 600 litre barrels on lees for five months, with early bottling to capture freshness.

Racey and mineral with floral notes, a little viscosity and richness of texture. Perfectly delicious with oysters.
