Agricola de Cadalso Sierra de Gredos Garnacha 2017
From 15-80 year old bush vines at 600m to 800m of altitude grown in granite and sandy soils. All de-stemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, 15-20 days of maceration, matured 6 months in concrete and 3 months and stainless steel. Pale ruby in colour, beautiful strawberry aromatics repeated on the palate together with licorice on the finish, light-bodied with fine-grained tannins, fresh and elegant. 14% alcohol.
