From 10 to 60 year old vines in the Beaujolais villages appellation (which covers as many as 37 different villages), the fruit for this comes from the villages of Quincié en Beaujolais, Marchampt, Régnié Durette, Lantignié, Beaujeu, St Didier sous Beaujeu, les Ardillats, all close to the Brouilly and Régnié Crus areas. Whole bunch maceration for 6-8 days followed by pressing and maturation in tank for 3-4 months.

Dark coloured, strawberry and violet aromas and flavours with lovely acidic structure and soft silky tannins.  Was £13.75, now £7.00
