The very best Roussanne parcel from the Mas Cristine vineyard was picked at perfect ripeness and health, then lightly pressed and barrel fermented in new oak with lees stirring on full lees to give this structured and characterful wine.

The two finest barrels receive extended ageing and make up this cuvée. Honeyed with peach aromas and herbal notes. Rich and lush with a refreshing minerality, full bodied, textured,  generous and intensely appealing.
