De-stemmed and fermented in mostly stainless steel with a small percentage in concrete. After 7-10 days of warm extraction, pressed off skins and into stainless steel tanks to finish fermentation, then individual lots aged in French oak barrels (25% new) for 6-10 months prior to blending and bottling.

Driven by fresh raspberry, black cherry, and some blue fruit with underlying minerality and verve. The flavour profile is loaded with rich and vibrant flavours of crème de cassis, blueberry and raspberry and structured by medium acidity and soft tannin
