It's not for nothing that "Dolcetto" literally means "little soft one". The Dolcetto variety gives fruity and soft wines that are intended for early consumption, not for cellaring. 

This is juicily delicious with very soft, supple tannic structure and plush, ripe fruit with a kiss of refreshing acidity. Bright purple in colour, there are aromas of strawberry, cherry and plum. on the palate soft, plush tannins, lush cherry and strawberry fruit in a highly drinkable, easy style.

This comes from twenty-five year-old vines on clay-limestone soils in the commune of Neive.
