86% Sauvignon Blanc & 14% Semillon whole bunch co-pressed and co-fermented in neutral barrels and matured on lees for 3 months.

Combines fruit from warmer and cooler parts of the valley for complexity. The Semillon comes from the Oakville estate. Aromatic with grapefruit, pineapple and melon, rich and ripe with roundness and weight, a rich creaminess of texture yet also a crisp backbone of refreshing acidity.
