100% Tinto Fino from low yield vineyards (3,500kg/ha). Located in the highest vineyards of La Ribera del Duero at 840m and 900m. Native yeasts. Matured for 30 months in oak barrels, followed by 30 months in bottle. Intense, deep garnet colour, black cherry fruit and balsamic aromas. Moderately full-bodied with grainy tannins leading to a long finish with extremely well-integrated oak notes, this is a truly elegant, sophisticated style of Ribera.
