100% Muscat à Petits Grains, grapes harvested very late in the season, concentrated by noble rot. 24-48 hour maceration on skins, fortification after fermentation, aged in stainless steel tank. Golden colour, honeyed notes of candied fruit, citrus and savoury, a little viscous and very lush. Excellent acidic balance and a very long finish.
