Laberinto Cenizas Sauvignon Blanc 2021

100% Sauvignon Blanc, harvested by hand at the beginning of April, fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, six months on lees before bottling. Aromatic with blackcurrant leaf, rich and concentrated on the palate with some density to balance the zesty acidity, a touch savoury on the finish with pleasing texture, vibrant and lush.
