Laberinto Cenizas Pinot Noir 2019

Harvested by hand at the beginning of March, fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts at controlled temperature, 100% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for twelve months. Dark ruby in colour with fresh cherry and strawberry aromas, on the palate some vanilla and cola give way to more savoury notes, with concentration, a little richness and, with fresh acidity and supple tannin, lovely balance.
