Laberinto Arcillas Pais 2020

100% Pais, harvested by hand at the end of March, fermented in clay amphoras with native yeasts and no mechanical or chemical intervention, eight months on lees before bottling. Pale cherry in colour, wild strawberry and red cherry aromas, very easy to drink with deliciously ripe and supple fruit, easy tannins and fresh acidity.
