70% Savatiano & 30% Malagousia from two different vineyards. 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with periodic bâtonnage. The Savatiano comes from lower elevation, older vineyards at around 200m providing the wine with structure and richness. The Malagousia comes from their high elevation, dry-farmed vineyards at 750 m providing great aromatics, acidity and freshness. Herbal, lemon and peach aromas, good concentration on the palate with herbal, savoury notes, lovely texture with a fresh, citrussy finish.
