Edouard Brun Vintage 2004
Fruit for this wine comes mainly from Brun's vineyard in Ay, the blend 50/50 between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Pinot fermented in barrel for both primary and secondary, Chardonnay in stainless steel tank. Aged for five years in bottle allowing ample development of secondary flavours. Characterised by flavours of honey and spices with floral notes, rich and weighty, full and intense with a long finish. Dosage of 9g/L.
