87% Sauvignon Blanc (from Hudson Vineyard); 13% Semillon (from Bavarian Lion Vineyard). 4 months’ lees-stirring, matured in clay amphorae and 30% new French oak barrels.

Aromas of pear, acacia, pink grapefruit, and caramel, with flavours of pear, grapefruit, and lemon on the palate with bright acidity from the first sip. The mid-palate is soft and balanced, bursting with flavours of cardamom and apricot leading into a finish of lemon, lime, and pear that lingers on the tongue.
