20 year old vines and a number of plots facing south and south-east on granitic soils. ½ fermented and matured on its lees for 12 months in stainless steel, ½ in oak with regular bâtonnage and temperature control. Pale yellow with silver tints, fresh aromas of white currants, apricot and peach, acacia and honeysuckle, rich intensity and acidity with a long finish.
