This is 50% from Tarren Estate in Eola-Amity and 50% from Mineral Springs Ranch. 100% barrel fermented, matured 6 months in oak and 6 months in stainless steel.

Aromas of pear, apple, and apricot, with ripe lemon and stone fruit on the palate, with some cocoa butter, toasted almonds and hay, lingering with a lemon-peel finish. With a few years on it, this Chardonnay has gained a little butteriness, and with that citrus freshness shining through is a wonderful example of how good Oregon Chardonnay can be.
