60% Sauvignon Blanc & 40% Semillon from Arlewood Estate Forest Grove. The Sauvignon Blanc was tank fermented; 20% of the Semillon was matured in new French oak barriques for 2 months. The Arlewood house style is the very essence of modern Margaret River white blends. Aromatic and lifted on the nose with concentrated citrus, minerality and some zip on the palate. Not simply fruity and herbaceous, but also structured and savoury to the core. Long and fine, with a pristine and slightly slippery texture from partial barrel fermentation.
