75% Sauvignon Blanc & 25% Semillon. Fermented over 12 days at 10°C. 5% barrel fermented in new French oak (225L) with 5 months on lees. A complex and focused Sauvignon Blanc which combines mouth-filling fruit with refreshing acidity. Aromas of bright citrus and passion fruit, underscored by pineapple and layers of apple and lychee. The tropical aromas are echoed on the palate and given added dimension by the addition of Semillon, which helps to showcase the juicy guava, passion fruit and pineapple upside-down cake flavours, alongside notes of fresh apple, vanilla and lime.
