La Spinetta Barbaresco Starderi 2013

40-50 year old vines, 6.5 hectares of vineyard with south exposure at 270m of altitude. Malolactic fermentation in oak, aged in new, medium toast French oak barrels  for 20 – 22 months.Dense red colour, complex, explosive scent of fruit, sweet spices, liquorice and chocolate, thick and concentrated, dark berries, liquorice, exceptional balance of sweet tannins and acidity.
