100% Marsanne. Vines 20 years old on trellising (cane pruned). Whole-bunch pressing, fermentation and 5 months ageing in 300L, one year old French oak barrels. No malo. A difficult variety to produce - they have only made a pure Marsanne twice (there is no 2013). Yields are very low, and there is huge variation in ripeness. The name follows on from the Roussanne cuvée ‘Juliette’: another Shakespearian heroine.
