100% Chenin Blanc on clay soils over schist and phtanite, hand-harvested in two tries with yields around 21 hl/ha. Fermented 2/3 in 400L second to third use barrels and 1/3 in a new 2700L cuve over one month and aged on fine lees for nine months with a regular bâtonnage. Pale gold colour, floral, honeysuckle aromas followed by fine-boned acidity, full weight, rich, vibrant fruit, a textured mouth-feel shot through with minerality. A very complex wine with a persistent finish.
