Edouard Brun Réserve 1er Cru Brut NV

Dominated by Pinot Noir (75%) with 25% Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir is fermented in oak barrels where it also completes malolactic fermentation, before blending with Chardonnay and reserve wines.

Aged for 30 months on lees and given a little more dosage than the Cuvee Spéciale (15g/L).

Powerful and rich, savoury and full with long length and generous appeal. A big step up from the Cuvée Spéciale and knocks spots off many a vintage Champagne.
