This small vineyard features west-facing slopes on the most southerly end of the Okanagan Valley’s eastern side. When standing on this site, one has a feeling of being on the edge. The view coupled with the unprotected international border where Canada and the US connect, led to the name Border Vista.   Fermented, one third whole bunch, in small concrete fermenters and aged in French oak barriques (23% new) for 15 months.

If you love cool-climate Cabernet Franc, you will love this. Redolent of ripe strawberry and cherry aromas and then flavours with a little leafiness, some slightly earthy and herbaceous notes following through on the soft and elegant palate which finishes fresh and sophisticated.
