60% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvested by hand at the beginning of April, fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts at controlled temperature, 100% aged in French oak barrels for twelve months. This is gorgeous stuff: lovely floral, rose-petal aromas with a touch of tomato leaf lead to a palate of silky tannins with some spicy, smoky, savoury notes added to the bright fruit.
