95% Malbec & 5% Merlot from Noemia’s single vineyard planted in 1955. Spends eight months in 30% new French oak, the balance in 2nd year oak. Inky colour, toasty aromas with blackberries and suggestions of coffee. Flavours of violets, cedar, rich black fruit, vanilla and overtones of rosemary. Finishes lengthily with sweet raspberries.
