Syrah has certainly become the international ‘face’ of the Rhone renaissance, but Viognier will forever be the heart.<br><br>Hand harvested between September 17th and September 30th, fermented entirely in French barrels by the native yeasts (20% new), bottled unfined and unfiltered August 2007.<br>500 cases produced.
