Notes
Bright colour appearance, fresh aromas with white flowers and stone fruit. In the mouth the wine has beautifully poised weight with hints of pear and minerality. The finish is long yet delicate. This can be drunk now (for the less patient among us) or in two to three years; it would pair beautifully with turbot in a chervil sauce.
