Fermented in stainless steel vats between 15 days and three weeks at contolled temperatures. Matured in barrel for 12 months. Deep garnet colour, aromas of sweet red currants, cherries and raspberries, on the palate a rich intensity of fruit with zesty acidity. Significant but elegant and silky tannins.
