From 15 year old vines, plots facing south and south-east on granite soils. Matured for 12 months before bottling, two third in stainless steel, one third in oak. Pale yellow colour, beautifu, fresh aromas of white currants, apricot and peach, acacia and honey suckle, lovely intensity and acidity. A long finish.
